Tie On Bustle Skirt
This bustle overskirt is made of black twill fabric. It is heavily pleated at waist and bustled in the back. There is an inner layer of crinoline for added poof. It ties on at the front of the waist with a wide black grosgrain ribbon.
This bustle will be custom made to fit the buyers measurements.
