This dress has a full gathered skirt in pink carousel horse print cotton with a row of purple & turquoise diamond print fabric around hem with a row of white ricrac above and below it. Below that is a row of pink ruffle. The dress bodice is pink cotton fabric with purple & turquoise diamond print fabric upper front panel and short puffy sleeves with elasticized hems. There is lace up detailing at lower front bodice with turquoise ribbon. The dress has a back zipper closure.
