This coat is made of white twill fabric. It is a full length coat that flares out from waist to hem. It has long sleeves and a notched collar. It is double breasted with two parallel buttons at waist. There is a wide half belt with front silver colored buckle. The belt is at the front of the coat only, it is attached at the side seams. There is a row of d-rings down the back of the coat bodice from mid back to waist, as well as down the back of each lower half of the sleeves. A long wide white grommeted strap with two attached straps of white webbing with silver star studs & grommets clips to the back d-rings at the center and the ends clip to the sleeve d-rings. It can also be clipped to the sleeves on opposite side across the body, or wrapped entirely around the body. The coat is fully lined. It has pockets in the side seams.
